What to Know
- Stay home if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or have COVID-19 symptoms –even if the symptoms are mild. If you are waiting for a COVID-19 test result, you should also stay home.
- Bring a chair or a picnic blanket.
- Cashless payment options are encouraged to limit touch exposure. Please be prepared to pay for food, beverages and merchandise with a credit or debit card.
- No outside food, beverages or coolers will be permitted.
- All bags will be inspected at the gate.
- You must be 21 in order to consume alcohol. ID’s are required.
- We love pets, but only service animals are permitted at this event.
- Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. If you decide to not come, you can give your ticket to someone else. If we have to cancel for any reason to include but not limited to: COVID restrictions, inclement weather, etc. we will make every effort to reschedule with the band. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, your ticket will become a tax-deductible donation to our non-profit Virginia Water Tourism Corp.
Prohibited Items / Activities
Any item / activity that may pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of the event by other guests may be refused at the discretion of security and management. The list of prohibited items / activities below is subject to change without notice. Prohibited items may not be left at or around the gates. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded.

- Animals (except service animals providing assistance to an individual with a disability)
- Beverages
- Coolers
- Fireworks and flares
- Food
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Items restricted by local, state or federal law
- Lasers of any kind
- Offensive or obscene materials (e.g., flags, signs, clothing)
- Remote controlled devices including drones
- Roller blades, skateboards, skates, pogo sticks, hover boards and scooters
- Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or similar products will not be permitted
- Soliciting of any kind
- Selfie sticks
- Stickers
- Tailgating in the parking lot
- Weapons of any type, including knives, firearms and ammunition
